It's easy and no baking is required! Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, blend until combined.

Wrap in plastic wrap, refrigerate for an hour, and then serve or coat the outside with more toppings.

Easy Party Cheese Balls

Classic Dried Beef Cheese Ball

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 4 oz Dried Beef, sliced into small squares
  • 2 Stalks Sliced Green Onion
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire
  • ½ teaspoon Seasoned Salt

Garlic Chive Cheese Ball

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces Shredded Cheddar
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Chopped Chives for Garnish
  • 2 teaspoon Chopped Parsley for Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Breadcrumbs for Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Grated Parmesan for Garnish

Bacon Ranch Cheese Ball

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons Sour Cream
  • 1 ounce Ranch Packet
  • 8 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Reserve 1 tablespoon for Coating
  • 4 Slices of Bacon, crumbled, Reserve 1 tablespoon for Coating

Cranberry Prosciutto Cheese Ball

  • 8 ounces Goat Cheese
  • 2 ounces Prosciutto, sliced into small squares
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Dried Cranberries
  • ½ teaspoon Rosemary
  • ½ cup Sliced Almonds, for coating

Classic Dried Beef Cheese Ball

  • In a mixer, combine cream cheese, dried beef, green onions, Worcestershire, and seasoned salt. Place a layer of plastic wrap on a flat surface and place cheese mixture on the plastic wrap, then cover. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and form in the shape of a ball.

Garlic Chive Cheese Ball

  • Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic salt, and onion powder. Cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove from plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Mix chives, parsley, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan in a bowl. Carefully roll cheese ball in the bowl to coat the outside.

Bacon Ranch Cheese Ball

  • Add cream cheese, sour cream, ranch packet, and all but 1 tablespoon of cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon in a mixing bowl and blend well. Cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Uncover, and coat with remaining tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits.

Cranberry Prosciutto Cheese Ball

  • Mix together goat cheese, prosciutto, salt, dried cranberries, and rosemary. Cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Remove and uncover. Place sliced almonds in a bowl and roll ball in the bowl to coat the outside.
